today was better. (though i definitely could've used more sleeping hours [understatement])
There's a person who i just tend to be mean to. I don't really want or do I mean to be mean... I really just tend to be obnoxious & dissing whenever the person's around.... I wish I could quit it.... is this a disease? and is there a cure for it? (no... i do NOT have any sort of other feelings for him person other than friendship or acquaintanship.[is that a word?]) ANyways... he found out that i knew the person who liked him.... and he's sooooo annoying now [more than ever]. x.x
my mom's banana chocolate bread is so delicious! The yummy, warm, fresh-from-the-oven bread smothered in butter satisfies every one of my tastebuds.
rewatched some Ranma 1/2! I'm reminded by why i watched it even though ranma and akane r sooooo slow! seriously, u no u love each other... so just say it already! even till the end.. x.x
anyways.... one scene was especially hilarious.... (OVA episode 8: Reawakening Memories...)
I convinced my friend to read the 1st book in House of Night series, & she wants the 2nd one just a few days later. xD
Classes were ok (as usual.... I really hope that they find some way to make it all more fun.) Mr. Martinez's class has to be the most exciting. Prob because he's the youngest of my teachers.. (seemingly in his mid-twenties only, so he can related to us a lot more.) besides, i lvoe his facial expressions when he tries to explain the lesson. Ex: when he was trying to explain that people act more idiotically wen they're in crowds, he explains tat wen people see a group of people running, they run too without even being aware of why they are running... and as he tells us this, he actually imiattes the confused expressions and runs. lmao.) His tastes in music and fast food closely resemble most of ours too. (haha) Besides i just love Social Studies in general and that's what he's teaching....
Math class is weird. I'm surrounded by junior guys and the four of us are in a separate desk group (seating chart. -.-) and jst wen u tink they'd be loud and noisy (all four of them are close friends who've known each other since 7th grade)... our side is the most quiet area in the room.....
Biology is a subject that i do not enjoy... AT ALL. but they start of the year with elements and belancing chemical equations... so there's promise. (can u tell i love chemistry & physics? xD)
I'm looking forward to English. I hope I can ask my teacher for some help with action sequences. (so freakin' hard for me, man.)
Spanish! Necesito saber mas palabras de vocabulario. (T.T) y conjugaciones iregulares me molestan mucho.
Engineering Princliples has been... meh so far. I'ms till wondering on how it'll turn out.
Study halls are the best... so many interesting people there! It's a good mix. ^^ if only they'd allow us to play our music (we use headphones!)
highlight of my day: a battle between mr. martinez's hilarious lectures, ranma 1/2, & the banana bread.
gahhh... i gotta read more Lord of the Flies!!!!!!!

Now that REFLECTIONS is over.... Here is part two! (again, sorry for errors...)

There she was, looking back at him. He was so engrossed with his sudden flashbacks of his special memories with her that he didn’t realize she was there. That she had come back. With watery eyes, she was sitting from the other side of the small treehouse and was wearing the smile he loved so much. It was the same, despite the fact that her features had matured.
“Hey you.” she greeted like nothing had ever happened.
“Hey.”
“You know, I suddenly remembered my last day here four years ago.”
He couldn’t help but chuckle. “When you unexpectedly kissed me.”
Her cheeks began to turn red. “Yeah.”
“And you did that because you were leaving.”
“Not just because of that.” Her cheeks turn even redder.
“You’re pretty extreme, you know.” he said to her.
An annoyed face was given in reply to his teasing, yet truthful, remark.
“You should’ve seen your face though, when I kissed you.” she challenged.
This time, it was his turn to blush. He looked down, trying to avoid her gaze.
“I missed you.” she suddenly said. “I’m sorry I had to leave. My father was sick and stuck in Spain. Mom and I had to go help him. And I’m sorry I couldn’t tell you. It was too sudden... and hard.”
“It was hard on me too.”
“I know.” she replied, remorse thick in her tone.
A quiet moment ensued, but contrary to her expectations, it wasn’t awkward. Instead, she could only wonder why that despite all the wrong things she’s done, he was watching her with a soft countenance.
“I wrote you a song, like I promised you that day.”
She looked up. “Really?! Can I hear it?” The same cheerfulness that he also loved oh-so much could be heard in her voice.
He nodded, and reached for the guitar he always kept in the treehouse ever since his second day there.
At that moment, even though he merely held the guitar, she was already entranced.
His hands began to strum the instrument, and the sound of the song filled the air. Soon, his beautiful voice joined the beautiful melody.
Do you remember when we were just kids,
and cardboard boxes took us miles from what we would miss?
School yard conversations taken to heart,
and laughter took the place of everything we knew we were not.
I want to break every clock.
the hands of time could never move again.
We could stay in this moment for the rest of our lives.
Is it over now hey, hey is it over now?
I want to be your last first kiss
that you'll ever have.
I want to be your last first kiss.
Amazing how life turns out, the way that it does.
We end up hurting the worst, the only ones we really love.
I want to break every clock.
the hands of time could never move again.
We could stay in this moment for the rest of our lives.
Is it over now hey, hey is it over now?
I want to be your last first kiss
that you'll ever have.
I want to be your last first kiss.
Is it over now hey, hey is it over now?
Is it over now hey, hey it's not over now.
I want to be your last first kiss
that you'll ever have.
I want to be your last first love
that you'll ever have.
Lying here beside me, palms and eyes open wide,
I want to your last first kiss
for all time.
Her eyes weren’t just moist anymore. This time, tears began to fall uncontrollably. With her hands, she immediately wiped them away and sniffled. “It’s beautiful!”
“You don’t have to lie.”
“I'm not! It’s true!”
“Thanks.”
“No problemo!”
They chuckled earnestly.
“Hey look!” she suddenly shouted. The sunset painted a wonderful picture, as beautiful as his song. And as they watched, their bodies slowly but surely inched closer together. Then, their hands intertwined. Their heads turned to face each other, and smiled.
And then they looked at the sunset again like this was a ritual they've been doing for so long, and in a way, it was.
Yes, reality was hard, and it will continue to be. They had their problems, but at least now, they felt that they had the strength to face anything—any obstacle—that came.
The End.

REFLECTIONS 1
7:40 PM
ok this is my first personal entry. personal as in... talking about my life. (it's my blog... shudve seen this coming.)
for REFLECTIONS: I wun care about grammatical errors or watnot. i have english class and everything else for that, and i wud say wat i want to.
this day has been..... nothing much special.
I went to my uncle's 2nd birthday. yes he's my uncle. it was ok. his mom gave him a piece of cake with red icing, and by the end of it the icing was all over his chin.... it looked like he just drank blood! (pardon my obssesion with vamps. they're so awesome!) that was the highlight of my day. -.-
Then I went home and did my homework. math was tedious. don't get me wrong, i could solve the problems. but word problems are annoying and my teacher gave us these steps to learn. it was (this is a very simplified version), 1. write the equation in words. 2. subsitute in variables. 3. solve the equation. 4. write a sentence about your solution. And that had to be done over and over. T.T
Then I started reading Lord of the Flies for Honors Civics... ok, I guess. I haven't gone far enough to find out. Maybe I should get back on that.
But because I'm reading an eBook version and using the computer, of course I got distracted. Surifng, IM, this blog.
but oohhhh... my aunt is sending me DVDs of my Top 5 Koreanovela wen my grandma comes back from the phil on the 7th! I can't wait!!!!!!!! (bcoz of my grandma and the koreanovelas.. hehehehe) ^^
Oh yeah, and Janna just reminded me of Inevitable part two! lolz... hahahaha

He was about to burst. As he stared at his own father, more and more frustration built up inside him. Why couldn’t his father understand? He wants to be a musician, not an engineer. He didn’t have anything against being an engineer—music was just his life.
And then he couldn’t take it anymore. He ran.
He ran beyond town as fast as his legs could carry him, and reached his favorite place. The place for relief. In the tiny forest near his neighborhood, the little tree house.
He sat on the floor, his back leaning against the wall. The scene with his father began to play in his head once again. He quickly shut his eyes in an effort to save his sanity.
And then his hands felt a small craving of the wood. A smiley face. He suddenly recalled the best memories.
His twelve-year-old self ran away, and stumbled upon the treehouse for the first time. It was old, and looked like the wood was about to come apart. And then he saw her.
A girl was trying to climb up.
“Hey! Are you sure that’s safe?!”
She stopped and turned around to face him.
With a smile, she replied, “Yeah! I always go up here!” A slight pause. “You’re that boy from school, aren’t you? The one who sings? Your songs are awesome!”
“You don’t have to lie.”
“I’m not! It’s true!”
He was touched. At least someone appreciates his music. “Thanks.”
“No problemo! It is true!”
“And you’re that girl in school.”
“Yeah, I’m the sad loser.”
“No you aren’t.”
“You don’t have to lie. I know what people think of me. I don’t care anyways.”
“I’m not! It’s true!”
The smile appeared on her delicate, yet toughly brave, face again.”Thanks.”
“No problemo.” he imitated.
They shared a wholehearted laugh.
Shortly, she started to climb again, and this time, managed to successfully accomplish her goal.
Looking down, she asked, “Wanna join?”
“Huh? Uhhh…. Sure.”
Soon, they were both inside the small treehouse. Already, he felt an incredibly pleasant aura blanketing the surroundings.
“It’s nice to be up here, isn’t it? It helps me feel better.”
Can she read my mind? he wondered. “Yeah. But is this really safe?”
“Yeah! It just needs some fixing, is all. When I get older, I am gonna fix it for sure! By myself!” she told him with a confident grin.
“Uhhh…. I can help.”
“Really?”
“Yeah.”
“So you’ll come here more often?”
Though he was unsure of everything else, he knew this was an offer he could refuse. He nodded.
“All right! I’m so glad to have a friend!”
“Me too.”
“Hey… you think you could play your music here some time? I wanna listen to it again! It’s so cool!”
“Sure. I can bring my guitar over some time.” "Sweet!"
Her lips stretched from ear to ear. The vivacity that colored her tone and the eagerness in whole expression was contagious; it spread onto him. His lips stretched from ear to ear too.
And from then on, they spent most of their free time together on that little treehouse. They talked about everything, and he shared his secrets and music to her. Every song, she loved.
But two years later, she suddenly disappeared. He searched everywhere, but it was fruitless. Months later, he heard that she moved to another country. “Somewhere in Europe,” they said.
At first he didn’t understand why. Was it because he was too selfish? Because he always kept rambling on about himself? He still didn’t understand now. And he still missed her.
Inevitably, a tear trickled in his eyes.
A few moments later, he opened them and surprise flooded all over him. He stared in disbelief, gaping.
To be continued…..
